Domains purchased specifically for a client's business are managed by Lannis on the client's behalf. The client retains the right to the domain and can request transfer if services end, subject to the client's agreement and any outstanding balance.
Depending on the project, Lannis can provide ongoing hosting, domain management, maintenance, and website updates for an agreed recurring fee. Any recurring costs are explained before the client agrees to service.
Yes. Reasonable minor updates may be included in an ongoing service plan. Larger redesigns, new pages, advanced functionality, or major additions may require a separate quote.
Yes. Ongoing services may be canceled according to the terms agreed in the client's Website Design & Maintenance Agreement.
